Science Leagues is bringing the International Conference on Mechanical and Systems Engineering (ICOMSE) to Washington, DC on September 19. Whether you’re a keynote speaker, exhibitor, or attendee, J&S Limo Service makes getting to and from the conference effortless—so you can focus on breakthroughs, not traffic.

Why choose J&S for ICOMSE:
– Door-to-door rides between airports (DCA, IAD, BWI), Union Station, hotels, and conference locations across the DC area.
– Flexible options: point-to-point transfers or hourly/as-directed charters for full agendas, off-site meetings, and networking dinners.
– Vehicles for every party size: executive sedans, luxury SUVs, sprinter vans, and minibuses for larger groups.
– Professional, locally knowledgeable chauffeurs and clean, comfortable vehicles.
– Responsive support before, during, and after your ride.

Plan your trip timeline:
– Arrivals: Schedule your airport pickup to match your flight; if you share a flight number when booking, we can plan around your arrival time.
– Conference day (September 19): Allow extra time for morning congestion in downtown DC. We recommend booking pickups 30–45 minutes earlier than usual to stay on schedule.
– Departures: For evening flights, consider an hourly booking to cover last-minute sessions and networking before heading to the airport.

Group and corporate travel:
– Coordinated shuttles for research teams, sponsors, and exhibitors.
– Centralized itineraries and a single coordination point to keep everyone on time.
– Luggage-friendly vehicles for posters, booth materials, and equipment.

Local tips for ICOMSE week:
– Traffic in and around downtown DC can be heavy during peak hours; build in buffer time for your first session.
– If you’re staying in Arlington, Alexandria, Bethesda, or Silver Spring, point-to-point service keeps transfers simple without multiple rideshares.
– For early flights from IAD or BWI after the conference, pre-book to secure a vehicle and avoid last-minute surges.

Reserve early:
Demand spikes around major conferences. Lock in your ICOMSE transportation now so your schedule stays on track.
